Meet Your Instructor
Greetings! I'm Dr. Quatez Scott. I am a certified firearms instructor through the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) in Colorado and verified in Broomfield County. I earned my PhD in Education, and I use it to structure training programs and other offerings.
I am a late bloomer when it comes to firearms education and training. My passion for firearms safety developed through part-time work as a Range Safety Officer from 2025-26. I became a certified instructor because (1) I have a wife and child. I am their first responder. (2) I believe everyone should have some level of education and training in firearms safety. (3) Honestly? I'm really good at this work, and it inspires me to get better.
